“ I'm writing this review because their response when I received the wrong product was excellent. I ordered a takeout set of Umami Shio Chicken and Twister. When I got home and checked the contents, I found that fries had mistakenly been included instead of Umami Shio Chicken. It was raining, but I called and they delivered it to my house right away, and I received the correct product and a complimentary chocolate pie. It's only natural that they would handle the situation correctly, but the speed and quality of their response afterwards was extremely good. ”

“ So I'm very stupid, and thought I wasn't given a drink because it was given in a way I'm not used to (a bag). My fault. I politely brought it to their attention, they knew I was wrong but gave me another drink anyhow... so... I thought I'd give it a try, so I ordered one piece of Original Chicken (310 yen) and one Cheese Chicken Fillet Burger (470 yen). The Original Chicken was so tender and flavorful, I finished it in no time. The Cheese Chicken Fillet Burger had crunchy lettuce and the cheese flavor blended well with the chicken in my mouth, creating a mellow, appetizing flavor. I devoured it all in no time. I went in around 7:30pm on a Saturday, and there were seats available, so I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. The self-checkout was easy to use, so I was able to order without rushing. ”

“ Still curious about KFC in Japan, since yesterday's experience was a bit lacking, we went to another branch. We ordered the Karihoku Hash Filled Burger and chose the spicy option. So, it's a crispy chicken burger with spicy sauce and mashed potatoes fried like a patty. It was really spicy, I thought it was a lie . The chicken was fried in a batter similar to the one we tried before. But we preferred this one, it was crispier. Price: 500 yen ”
